Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
Getting there
Puerto de Alcúdia beach is approximately 850 metres away, a 10-minute walk. Shops, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets are reachable on foot. The bus stop is 270 metres away, with services every 15 minutes in summer. The house occupies two storeys; two bedrooms are upstairs. The wooden house in the courtyard is not available to guests. Son Sant Joan Airport is 62.8 km away, Sa Pobla train station is 11.8 km away, and Puerto de Alcúdia ferry terminal is 4.9 km away.
