## About the house

The house has a terrace and a rear courtyard with a barbecue, outdoor dining table and chairs, and a sliding awning. The living-dining room has satellite TV and connects to the kitchen through a breakfast bar. The kitchen includes cooking utensils, a ceramic hob, electric oven and microwave.

There are three bedrooms, each with a wardrobe: a main-floor bedroom with one single bed and two upstairs bedrooms with one double bed each. All bedrooms have electric radiators, and the two upstairs bedrooms also have fans. One bathroom has a bathtub on the first floor; the other is outside and has a shower. A washing machine, iron and ironing board are on the terrace. A cot and high chair can be provided. Free Wi-Fi is available.

Shops, restaurants, cafés and supermarkets are reachable on foot. Puerto de Alcúdia beach is about 850 metres or a 10-minute walk away. A bus stop is 270 metres away, with buses every 15 minutes in summer for visits to nearby towns. The wooden house in the courtyard is closed to guests.

Son Sant Joan Airport is 62.8 km away, Sa Pobla train station is 11.8 km away, and Puerto de Alcúdia ferry terminal is 4.9 km away.

Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. Mandatory Balearic tourist tax (Ecotasa) applies to guests aged 16 and over: 0.55€ per guest per night in low season and 2.2€ per guest per night in high season. The tax is reduced by half from the ninth day of the stay.
