Bella Vista has no beach and is located on an ironshore bluff. Heritage Beach is 3 minutes away, Rum Point Beach is 25 minutes away, and Seven Mile Beach is 40 minutes away. A rental car is highly recommended; taxi service is described as unreliable and expensive outside town and Seven Mile Beach, and there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.

The minimum stay is 5 nights. A 7-night minimum applies over Thanksgiving, Christmas, and New Year's weeks. Shorter stays may be available with a higher cleaning fee. The person booking must be at least 25 years old and must occupy the property for the entire stay. No pets are permitted, and smoking is not permitted indoors. The villa sleeps up to 10 adults and 11 guests total.
