# Bella Donna del Sole Duck, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home accommodates up to 19 guests across three levels, with seven full bathrooms and two half bathrooms. It is just south of the Village of Duck, within walking distance of shops, restaurants and activities. A private walkway with steps connects the pool area to the beach; a private dune deck has seating. Level 3 has an ocean-facing living room, dining room, equipped kitchen, breakfast room, library and ocean-view decks. Its oceanside king ensuite has a standing shower, gas fireplace and deck access. A half bathroom is also on this level. Level 2 has four ensuite bedrooms: two oceanside king rooms with standing showers and deck access, one of which also has a gas fireplace, and two queen rooms with standing showers. This level also has a half bathroom, a theater room with surround sound and deck access, shaded outdoor space and a wraparound porch. Level 1 has a queen ensuite with a shower/tub combination, a room with three twin beds and a semi-private bathroom with a shower/tub combination, and a room with two twin-over-twin bunk sets. The game room has a pool table, gas fireplace, kitchenette and deck access. An elevator serves the floors. Outdoor facilities include a seasonal private pool with optional heating, hot tub, fenced yard, gas grill, outdoor shower and outdoor furniture. Five beach chairs, towels, bed linens, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board, washer and dryer are provided. The home has central heating and air conditioning, Wi-Fi, a wet bar and four seasonal gas fireplaces. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip and pod coffee makers, dishes, utensils and cookware. Satellite TV is offered in 2026 only; streaming TV and a Tesla EV charger are additions for 2027. K Club Golf is also offered, and the Welcome Program begins in 2027.
