House rules
No smoking. No pets. Saturday check-in and checkout. Children must not ride the elevator unattended, play in or around it, or stand between the gate and landing door. Never enter the elevator hoistway. Do not use the elevator if its gate or landing-door locking system malfunctions, if unusual sounds occur or if the ride feels abnormal; do not attempt repairs yourself.
Getting there
Oceanfront beach access crosses the dune over a shared, semi-private boardwalk. Dining, shopping and entertainment are within walking distance. Parking is limited to seven vehicles. The elevator serves all levels, but steps or thresholds may be required for access; elevator dimensions and weight capacity are not guaranteed to be ADA compliant.
