# Bella Carolina Corolla, NC, United States (general area) ## About the house The home accommodates up to 23 guests and has nine bedrooms with private bathrooms, an additional full bathroom on the lowest level and a half bathroom on the top level. Gathering spaces and furnished outdoor decks extend across all three levels. A shared, semi-private boardwalk crosses the dune to the beach. Dining, shopping and entertainment are within walking distance. The top level has heart-of-pine floors and an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area with ocean views. The kitchen includes granite counters, an island with bar seating, two Sub-Zero refrigerators, two dishwashers, twin sinks and a microwave. Additional kitchen equipment includes a blender, drip and pod coffee makers, toaster, dishes, utensils and cookware. The living area has a gas fireplace. Two king ensuite bedrooms each have a standing shower and soaking tub; one has a gas fireplace and the other a private deck. The middle level has four ensuite bedrooms, a family room with TV, an alcove workspace with desk and monitor, and a laundry room with two washers and two dryers. The lowest level has three ensuite bedrooms, an additional full bathroom, and a game room with a pool table, arcade table and shuffleboard. The theater has a laser projector with a 120-inch viewing area, surround sound, reclining theater seats and bar seating. A kitchenette beside the game room and pool area includes a refrigerator, ice maker, dishwasher, microwave and beverage cooler. Outdoor facilities include a private gunite pool, hot tub, kiddie pool, poolside pergola, gas grill, outdoor shower and outdoor furniture. Guests also have access to Buck Island community facilities, including an outdoor pool, kiddie pool, tennis, basketball and pickleball courts, playground, parking and beach access. From Memorial Day through Labor Day, beach cabana service includes morning setup and afternoon removal of two umbrellas and six beach chairs. Five beach chairs are also included among the home amenities. An elevator serves all levels, but steps or thresholds may be required for access and ADA compliance is not guaranteed. Central heating and air conditioning, mesh Wi-Fi, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, and an iron and ironing board are provided. Cable TV is offered in 2026, changing to streaming TV in 2027.
