Pets, events and smoking are not allowed. Consult the advertiser for possible charges. The Ecotasa tourist tax must be paid in cash on site at check-in: €0.55 per guest per night in low season and €2.2 per guest per night in high season. The tax is halved from the ninth day of the stay; guests under 16 are exempt. A deposit must be paid to the owner on arrival.
Getting there
The house has two floors, with all bedrooms upstairs. The pebbled beach is 450 metres away, a few minutes on foot. The sandy beach at Puerto de Alcúdia is 2.9 km away by car. Exterior parking accommodates two cars.
