The property has ten suites: one- and two-bedroom categories, including suites that can be joined by an interior door. Suites have a living area, kitchenette, private bathroom and bedroom. Rooms are individually themed. The property is surrounded by Australian pine trees and gardens, with littoral jungle behind it.

Air conditioning: Yes · Split air-conditioning units are in the bedrooms.

Wi-Fi: Yes · Wi-Fi is available in the suites.

Kitchen: Yes · Each suite has a kitchenette with a full-size refrigerator, microwave, toaster, dishes, glassware and silverware. Cooktops vary by suite; some have two burners and rooms 5 and 10 have four-burner cooktops.

The beach is three blocks away. Downtown San Pedro is 1.5 miles south. The airstrip is a 10–15 minute golf-cart ride away.

All rooms are non-smoking; smoking is permitted outside. A futon is available for an additional guest in the stated room categories for an extra $10 USD per night. Travel cribs are available upon request.
