Can I book only one or two rooms, or do I need to book the entire home?
The entire home must be booked; individual rooms cannot be booked.
Are meals provided onsite? What are the charges?
Breakfast and mini meals such as fries, sandwiches and other snacks are served onsite. Mini meals cost extra, while breakfast is included. Other meals are not provided onsite and must be ordered from nearby restaurants. The caretaker can help with the menu and details. Tea and coffee are served during breakfast and evening tea time; service at other times can be arranged at an additional charge.
Who manages the villa?
A full-time caretaker manages the villa with assistance.
What is the cancellation policy?
A 75% refund is available for cancellations up to 15 days before check-in before 1 pm. A 50% refund is available for cancellations up to 7 days before check-in before 1 pm. Cancellations within 7 days of check-in receive no refund.
How many extra mattresses can be provided?
Five extra 8-inch floor mattresses can be arranged onsite, with bedsheets, blankets and pillows for the extra bedding.
