House rules
No smoking. No pets. Parties and events are not allowed. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. The €800 refundable deposit is taken as a card pre-authorisation. The tourist tax is payable before the stay. Kitchen and bathroom linen, bed linen, towels and end-of-stay cleaning are optional paid services; ordered linen is supplied on arrival for the whole stay, with no replacement. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Contact the reception agency one week before arrival to provide arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times are flexible by arrangement.
Getting there
Libraires sandy beach is 150 m away; cross the street to reach the beach. The railway station is 750 m away, town centre 900 m, and Intermarché supermarket 1 km away.
