House rules
No smoking. Parties and events are not allowed. Pets are not accepted. Groups of young people up to age 18 are not accepted. Bed linen and towels are optional services; ordered linen is provided on arrival for the stay without replacement. In-stay cleaning is not provided. Do not use domestic electrical outlets to charge electric vehicles; use a dedicated charging station. Contact the receiving agency one week before arrival to provide the arrival time and arrange key handover. In low season, arrival and departure times may be flexible by arrangement. A refundable €800 per-booking deposit is taken as a card pre-authorization. Hoomy concierge service fee: 10% of the reservation; end-of-stay cleaning: €85 per booking. Optional services include cancellation insurance at 5.5% of the reservation, kitchen linen at €2 per booking, a towel set at €7 per booking, double-bed linen at €15, single-bed linen at €12, and a bath mat at €3 per booking. Tourist tax is included in the total price.
Getting there
La Baule sandy beach is 400 m away. Shops, restaurants and crêperies on Rue Lajarrige are 100 m away. The apartment is on the fourth floor and the building has an elevator.
