Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00, and loud sound is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Only guests included in the reservation may access the condominium or stay overnight; visits require advance communication and guest identification for authorization. Guests must provide identification documents after confirmation. Do not hang items on windows, balconies or outdoor areas, and do not flush toilet paper. Guests are responsible for fines or damage. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable. Check-out after 10:00 may incur an additional night charge.
