The maximum occupancy is 2 people, and overnight guests must be included in the reservation. Children aged 2–12 and babies under 2 are accepted, but no crib is provided. Smoking indoors, pets and events are prohibited. Quiet hours are 21:00–08:00; loud noise is prohibited from 22:00–08:00. Condominium rules and schedules must be followed. Unregistered visitors require prior identification and communication to the management company, and no unregistered person may stay overnight. Deliveries are not accepted at the property or condominium. Do not hang rugs, towels, clothes or other objects on windows, balconies or outdoor areas. Do not dispose of toilet paper in the toilet. Common areas may be temporarily unavailable for maintenance. Identification documents for each guest are requested after confirmation. Extra cleaning during the stay is charged separately; included cleaning is performed only at check-out.
