The apartment occupies the ground floor in an elevated position with sea views and a private veranda. The open-plan living room and induction kitchen include a Smart TV and centralised air conditioning. A sofa bed accommodates one additional guest.

The main bedroom has a double bed and an en-suite shower bathroom. The second bedroom has two single beds, and a separate shower bathroom is near the entrance. A cot and high chair can be provided.
