## About the house

Guests have exclusive access to the full lodge. The first-floor open-plan living area has high wooden-panelled ceilings, sofas, a wall-mounted TV, large windows and a dining area. The kitchen has integrated appliances, cookware and a coffee maker. A pull-down double bed in the living area provides additional sleeping space. Doors open onto a private balcony with outdoor furniture and recliners overlooking the golf course and woodland. A separate first-floor shower room includes a sauna.

Both bedrooms are on the ground floor and have a wall-mounted TV, vanity unit and en-suite bathroom. The first has a king-sized bed and an en-suite with a bath and separate shower cubicle. The second has two single beds and an en-suite with a shower.

The surrounding resort grounds comprise 475 acres of woodland and landscaped grounds. Belton House is a short drive away, while Belvoir Castle and Woolsthorpe Manor are within easy driving distance. Grantham has shops, cafés, restaurants and supermarkets. Local buses run into Grantham, and taxis are available. Grantham railway station has direct trains to London King’s Cross taking just over an hour. The lodge has a carbon monoxide detector.

Grantham town centre is around 3 miles away, a 5–10 minute drive. Local bus services into Grantham may be less frequent and take longer.
