The house

Beaver Creek West 22 is part of the Seasons complex, steps from Nottingham Park and Lake and across Eagle River from Beaver Creek Resort. The 1,905-square-foot condo accommodates up to eight guests and has three full bathrooms. It is on the third floor, with stairs to reach it, and is single-level inside. A furnished deck has a gas grill and mountain views.

Two bedrooms each have a king-size bed; one also has a flatscreen TV. The third bedroom has a twin-over-queen bunk bed and a separate twin bed. The living room has a flatscreen TV, a sound dock and wood-beam vaulted ceilings. The kitchen includes a breakfast bar, dishwasher, stove/oven, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, coffee bean grinder and slow cooker. A six-seat dining table and a booster seat are provided.

Guests have access to three hot tubs, a shared outdoor pool and tennis courts in warmer weather, plus a sauna and fitness room. Wi-Fi, a dedicated workspace, a washer and dryer, and parking for three cars are available. Entertainment includes cable/satellite television, books, board games and a video library. Children have toys, movies and a sled to use; a playground/play area and kayaks/water gear are also available. Bed linens, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

A complimentary shuttle takes guests to the gondola. City Market is within a mile, and Vail Mountain Resort is about 10 miles east. Self check-in and a private entrance are available.
