No parties or outside guests. No shoes inside the house. No smoking. Do not take towels to the beach. No glass is allowed by the pool; plastic cups are provided. Keep the doors closed and the lights off to keep insects out. Enter the accurate guest count when booking; additional guests added later are charged separately.
Getting there
A 4x4 vehicle is needed to drive down the community driveway to the house. San Jose International Airport (SJO) is about a three-hour drive without traffic. The property has an ocean view, but no direct beach access details are provided.
