The refreshed home has a living area with a gas fireplace and a fully stocked modern kitchen with seating for six. The three bedrooms contain one queen bed, one king bed and one double bed. The primary bedroom has a vaulted ceiling, a mounted flat-panel TV and sliding glass doors leading to a private sitting area and outdoor shower.

A spacious deck provides outdoor dining and relaxation space, with a Weber grill and a large yard. Beach chairs, an umbrella, toys and a cooler are provided. Air conditioning is available, along with towels, bed linens, extra pillows and blankets, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron. A washer and dryer are in a common space.

West Dennis Beach is a 0.4-mile walk along Loring Avenue. The home is near family activities, museums, shopping and restaurants.
