No smoking, pets, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00. The apartment is suitable for children aged 2–12 and infants under 2. Parties or events may result in eviction and charges for damage or additional cleaning. All guests except French nationals must provide valid identification or passports before check-in for registration with local authorities. City tax may apply and is not included in the booking price; it is calculated per person, per night under local regulations and must be paid directly before check-in.
