# Beautiful Bridgehampton Getaway Bridgehampton, NY, United States (general area) ## About the house The home accommodates up to 10 guests across five bedrooms and 5.5 bathrooms. Indoor spaces include a living room, family room and formal dining room. The marble kitchen has custom wood cabinetry and premium appliances, and floor-to-ceiling sliding glass doors open toward the pool. A fully equipped gym is on the lower level. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, heating, a washer and dryer, bed linens, bath towels and pool/beach towels are provided. The second floor has a primary king bedroom and two further ensuite bedrooms, one with a king bed and one with a queen bed. A queen bedroom with an ensuite bathroom is on the main floor, and a king bedroom is on the lower level. All five bedrooms have air conditioning and closets; the primary bedroom and bedrooms 3, 4 and 5 have TVs. Outdoor spaces include an expansive deck, covered porch, bluestone patio, outdoor kitchen with a grill, landscaped grounds and a private heated saltwater pool. Pool use is generally seasonal. The home is between Southampton and East Hampton, close to Bridgehampton village shops and eateries. Sag Harbor is a five-minute drive away, and beaches are nearby. The primary renter must be at least 25 years old. Maximum occupancy is 10; additional guests beyond this limit are prohibited. Smoking is not allowed. Events are prohibited. Any proposed events, commercial activities, other non-traditional uses or rotating guest groups require prior written host approval and may incur additional fees and/or an increased security deposit. Reservations require approval before confirmation. Pets require owner approval and may incur additional fees and/or a security deposit. Utilities are included, but guests are responsible for excessive utility usage, defined as utility costs over $150.00 per night of the reservation. One light cleaning per eight nights booked and one end-of-stay cleaning are included; extra cleanings are available at the guest's expense. A refundable cash security deposit of $3,500 is required, governed by a separate agreement signed by the owner and guest before check-in. Balance payments by credit card are capped at $3,500; larger payments must be by check, ACH or wire. Payments are non-refundable unless otherwise stated. Following cancellation, reoffering the dates is at the owner's discretion. If the original dates are rebooked at the same or a higher price, a refund less 20% of the original total reservation amount is issued after full payment is collected for the replacement reservation. If no replacement reservation is made, guests may use their original dates provided scheduled payments are made and Marquis receives written notice at least 72 hours before the reservation begins. The owner may arrange showings to prospective renters or buyers, with advance notice and efforts to schedule reasonable daytime hours.
