The house

The apartment is on the third floor of a quiet, secure residence with elevator access. Guests have exclusive access to the entire apartment, including a living room, an independent fitted kitchen, a bedroom with a 140 × 200 cm double bed and closet, and a bathroom with a separate toilet.

The kitchen has utensils and dishes for meals. Wi-Fi, a laptop-friendly workspace, a washing machine, heating, a hair dryer and a TV with Molotov TV are available. Toiletries, bed linen, bath towels, bath mats and tea towels are provided. Professional cleaning and linen laundry prepare the apartment for arrival.

Shops, cafés, restaurants and cinemas are nearby, along with the MEERT tearoom and a Casino convenience store. Rihour metro station is a 3-minute walk away; Lille Flandres station is a 7-minute walk and Lille Europe station a 12-minute walk. The Nouveau siècle V’Lille station is 5 minutes away.

Self check-in allows key collection and return without the host being present. Guest support is available from 09:00 to 23:00, and emergency maintenance technicians from 10:00 to 17:00. Additional services offered include luggage storage, private drivers, children's equipment and activities.
