House rules
The minimum age to rent the property is 25. No smoking, pets or parties. Children and infants are welcome. After booking confirmation, guests must complete an online pre-check-in form confirming identity and booking details and provide official photographic identification. Cancellation offers a full refund at least 5 days before check-in and a 50% refund less than 5 days before check-in, subject to the full cancellation policy.
Getting there
The apartment is on the seventh floor with lift access. A dog normally lives here, so the home may not suit guests with allergies.
