The house

Bearly Behaving Lodge is a 2,958-square-foot home with four bedrooms and 3.5 bathrooms, accommodating up to 12 guests. It has a bunk room, a downstairs children's play area, a living room and multiple dining areas.

The fully stocked kitchen includes a coffee maker, dishwasher, microwave, refrigerator, stove/oven and kitchen basics. The downstairs kitchen sink and stove are currently not functional. Air conditioning covers part of the home; baseboard heating and ceiling fans are also provided.

Outdoor facilities include a hot tub, fire pit, grill, garden/backyard and a furnished deck for outdoor dining and seating. Wi-Fi, television, board games, a washer and dryer, bed linens, towels, toiletries, a hair dryer, hangers and an iron are provided. Safety equipment includes smoke and carbon monoxide detectors, a fire extinguisher and a first aid kit.

A car is necessary, and parking accommodates four cars. Cannon Mountain and Loon offer skiing and snowboarding outings by car; other area activities include cross-country skiing at Franconia Inn, trails in White Mountain National Forest, golf at Sunset Hill, mini-golf and zip-lining in Lincoln, swimming and kayaking at Echo Lake, and autumn foliage drives along the Kancamangus Highway. The home has a private entrance and self check-in.
