House rules
Maximum occupancy is seven guests. No smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–8:00 AM. Pets are welcome with a pet fee. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. Optional community amenity passes are charged per person for guests ages four and older and cover the in-season beach shuttle, pools, tennis and fitness center. Fees vary by season and may change without notice; passes must be purchased at the Bear Trap Pavilion. Cancellation 30 or more days before check-in receives a full refund less the booking fee; cancellation within 30 days receives no refund.
Getting there
Bethany Beach is about four miles away. An in-season community beach shuttle is available with the optional amenity pass. The condo is on the ground floor.
