House rules
Maximum occupancy is eight guests. No pets, smoking, parties or events. Quiet hours are 22:00–08:00. All guests must sign a lease agreement within 10 days of booking. The agreement is sent within 24 hours of booking, and an electronic signature is required before final check-in information is released. Optional community amenity passes carry a per-person fee for guests ages four and older, varying by season and subject to change without notice. Purchase passes at the Bear Trap Pavilion with a copy of the rental agreement. Booking is subject to VueStay's rental terms, house rules and the home's cancellation policy.
Getting there
The condo has a multi-level layout. A summer shuttle connects Bear Trap Dunes with nearby Bethany Beach; use of the in-season shuttle is subject to the community's optional amenity-pass fee.
