The booking guest must be at least 21 years old. All persons, including infants, children, and visitors, count toward the maximum occupancy of 10, which must not be exceeded at any time. Dogs require approval and a fee per pet; undisclosed pets brought without approval incur a $500 fine per pet. Notify the operator if bringing a registered service animal or emotional support animal. Smoking is prohibited; violations incur a $500 additional-cleaning fee plus responsibility for smoking-related damages beyond that fee. Be considerate of neighbors and noise levels; noise violations may result in fines. Speakers and sound systems are not provided. Guests must dispose of trash at the local dumpsite under City of Big Bear policy; charges may apply for trash left at the property. Bookings over 30 days require a security deposit charged after booking.
Getting there
Big Bear Lake, Snow Summit, and The Village's shops and restaurants are minutes away. Parking is limited to two cars in the driveway and two in the garage. All persons, including infants, children, and visitors, count toward the maximum occupancy of 10 at all times.
