A private beach walkway without steps leads to a private dune deck and the shore. Duck's shops, dining and boardwalk are a leisurely walk away. The upper level has an open-plan great room with a 65-inch TV, dining area and fully equipped kitchen with a wine refrigerator, walk-in pantry and breakfast bar. Kitchen equipment includes a dishwasher, microwave, blender, toaster, drip and pod coffee makers, dishes, utensils and cookware. This level also has an oceanside king ensuite with a standing shower and a separate half bathroom. The second level includes an oceanside king ensuite with deck access, an oceanside king bedroom with a semi-private bathroom and deck access, an ocean-view room with two twin beds, and an ocean-view room with a twin-over-double bunk and a twin-over-twin bunk. Laundry facilities, decks and a hot tub are on this level. The lower level has a den with a king bed, a full bathroom with standing shower, and a recreation room with a 75-inch TV, a 300-game electronic game system, pool table, air hockey, foosball and wet bar. The wet bar has a Keurig coffee maker, full-size refrigerator, under-counter refrigerator and microwave. Outside are a private 14-by-28-foot saltwater pool with optional heating, a patio and shade deck, outdoor shower, seafood preparation station with sink, gas and charcoal grills, outdoor furniture and basketball hoop. Five beach chairs, bed linens, bath towels, pillows, blankets, an iron and ironing board are provided. The home has Wi-Fi, central heating and air conditioning, municipal water, multiple Smart TVs and cable TV. Streaming TV is available from 2027. An outdoor security camera faces the street or driveway. The gas fireplace is available January 1–April 25 and October 9–December 31 in 2026, and January 1–April 23 and October 9–December 31 in 2027.
