The house

The home has double-height vaulted ceilings, floor-to-ceiling windows and an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area. The equipped kitchen includes a stove, oven, refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave, cookware, dishes and silverware. Bed linens and bath towels are provided, along with heating, hot water, Wi-Fi and air conditioning.

Two main-floor bedrooms have a king bed and a double/full bed and share a full bathroom. The upstairs bedroom has a king bed, a sitting area and an ensuite full bathroom. Both bathrooms have shower/tub combinations; all three bedrooms have air conditioning and standard closets.

A private, tree-lined yard surrounds the home. An uncovered wooden deck extends from the common areas and overlooks the grounds. A private driveway provides parking. East Hampton town is a short drive away. The homeowner manages on-the-ground operations and guest communication after booking confirmation.
