House rules
Maximum occupancy is four guests. No smoking inside; smoking is permitted on the outdoor terrace. No pets, parties or events. Community quiet hours are 22:00–07:00. Pool hours are 07:00–21:00. Please conserve water and electricity.
Getting there
Coco Beach is a five-minute walk, approximately three blocks away. Supermarkets, pharmacies and ATMs are within easy walking distance. The condo is on the ground floor and has a single-level layout.
