## About the house

The condo has a private entrance, an open-plan living area with a sectional sofa and smart TV, a dining nook, and a private covered terrace with outdoor dining furniture and bamboo privacy screens. The kitchen includes a full-size refrigerator with water dispenser, microwave, two-burner cooktop, coffee maker, freezer, blender, cookware and tableware. Both bedrooms share one full bathroom with a walk-in shower. The community has an outdoor swimming pool with lounge chairs and a covered rancho with a communal BBQ, sink and dining tables. A washer, dryer, drying rack, outdoor shower, beach essentials, crib, high chair and travel crib are available. Bed linens, towels and toiletries are provided. Smoke and carbon monoxide detectors and a fire extinguisher are included. Cleaning is available during stays, and long-term stays are allowed.

Maximum occupancy is four guests. No smoking inside; smoking is permitted on the outdoor terrace. No pets, parties or events. Community quiet hours are 22:00–07:00. Pool hours are 07:00–21:00. Please conserve water and electricity.
