House rules
The entire complex has been non-smoking since May 2025, including the apartment and common areas. Seasonal minimum-night requirements apply. For bookings created after 26 September 2025, linen is supplied but guests must make the beds. For bookings created before 26 September 2025, guests must bring their own linen or arrange optional linen hire for an additional fee. The bring-your-own items are sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome.
Getting there
The apartment is 2.5 floors up with approximately 27 steps. Kings Beach is 300 m away via a stroll through the park. A corner store, children's playgrounds and the coastal pathway are under a five-minute walk away. The garage fits an SUV but not a larger 4WD.
