The apartment has a south-west-facing balcony overlooking the park and distant city lights, with winter sun and summer breezes. It is 2.5 floors up, reached by approximately 27 steps. The main bedroom has one double bed.

The kitchen includes a dishwasher, microwave, oven and stove. Other facilities include a washer, dryer, iron, ceiling fan, television and cable TV. A pool table, spa and smoke detector are also included among the facilities. The complex has an outdoor pool and shared barbecue area.

Kings Beach is 300 m away via a stroll through a park with free barbecues and water fountains. Cafes and restaurants, including Mets Surf Club, are within a short walk. A corner store, children's playgrounds and the coastal pathway are under a five-minute walk away.

A single lock-up garage accommodates an SUV but not a larger 4WD. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome. Linen arrangements depend on when the booking was created, and guests must make their own beds when linen is supplied.

The entire complex has been non-smoking since May 2025, including the apartment and common areas. Seasonal minimum-night requirements apply. The bring-your-own items are sheets, pillowcases, towels, hand towels, bath mats, face washers and tea towels. Children aged 2–12 and infants under two are welcome.
