Two bedrooms are upstairs and one is downstairs; each of the three bedrooms has a queen bed. Built-in wardrobe storage, hotel-style linen with a three-sheet setup and bath towels are provided. The upper level has floorboards and the lower level is tiled. The upstairs lounge has air conditioning. The main upstairs kitchen overlooks the rear deck, with glass cooktop appliances, generous bench space and storage. There is a separate downstairs kitchen and dining area. Kitchen amenities include an oven, microwave, dishwasher, refrigerator, freezer, toaster, kettle, cookware, dishes, cutlery and wine glasses. A family bathroom is upstairs; the downstairs bathroom has a shower and toilet. A separate downstairs laundry has storage, a washing machine and dryer. Outdoor facilities include a spacious backyard fenced on three sides, outdoor seating and entertainment space. The rear shed is excluded from guest access. The backyard is fenced on three sides, and the rear shed is not accessible to guests. No loud noise between 22:00 and 08:00. No parties, antisocial behaviour or smoking. Additional people may not access the property without prior approval. Pets require approval and incur an additional $200 cleaning fee. Do not wear shoes inside, and report any breakages.
