A waiver is required to access the seven provided bikes. Additional bikes can be rented. The gas fireplace is not for guest use. Travel insurance is not included. Wire transfers are not accepted.
Getting there
Spooky Lane Public Access is the public beach access for the property and is 300 feet away. The house is in the Gulf Place community near Santa Rosa Beach, with a short stroll to Shunk Gulley Oyster Bar. A community pool is across the road. Construction behind the property may cause occasional noise, with an unknown end date.
