House rules
Two-night minimum stay. No smoking inside. Quiet hours are 22:00–07:00. Respect the reservation's maximum guest count; only registered guests may stay overnight. Children aged 2–12 and infants under 2 are welcome. Every guest must provide a photo of official ID and signed property rules before arrival; valid photo ID is also required at check-in. Keep doors and windows closed when using air conditioning and do not set it below 21°C (70°F). Avoid leaving open food outside the refrigerator. Replacement of a lost key, card, wristband, parking card or towel costs USD 20 per item. Stays of 7 or more nights include 20 kWh of electricity per night; excess consumption is charged per additional kWh. Additional cleaning and amenity replenishment during the stay cost extra. In a force-majeure emergency such as a flood, leak or fire, advance notice will be given before property access.
Getting there
Direct beach access in Bahia Petempich, between Cancun and Puerto Morelos. Puerto Morelos town, marina and reef snorkeling are a short drive away. Cancun International Airport is approximately 20–25 minutes away by car. A rental car or private transfer is recommended for this secluded location; taxis and ride-hailing are available. Small insects may occasionally appear despite periodic preventive fumigation.
