House rules
Parties, smoking and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are from 10:00 PM to 7:00 AM. The reservation must be booked by a legal adult, although children may stay as part of the group. Check-out is at 11:00 AM; unauthorized late check-outs may incur an additional fee. Power outages can occur, and the property does not have a backup generator. Backup water tanks are available.
Getting there
The studio has direct access to Isla Verde beach. Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport is about 8 minutes away by stated listing distance and is approximately 3.9 km away. A supermarket and the beach are minutes away on foot; rental cars and rideshares are available for the airport and farther restaurants.
