Parties, smoking, and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10:00 PM–7:00 AM. Children are welcome. Do not unplug the Sensibo air-conditioning control units. Unauthorized late check-outs incur an additional fee. During a power outage, air conditioning, the microwave, hair dryer, washer/dryer, and phone or laptop chargers must not be used.
Getting there
The apartment is in Condado, a walkable beachfront neighborhood. It has direct private beach access and is steps from Ocean Park Beach. Luis Muñoz Marín International Airport is about 15–20 minutes away by car (7 km), and Old San Juan is about an 11-minute drive (5.4 km). Walking, rideshare, and taxis are available; a rental car is useful for exploring farther parts of the island but is not required for daily needs in Condado.
