The apartment has direct beach access just steps from the door. Puerto Real is a rural coastal area; a rental car is strongly recommended because rideshare pickup times can be long or unreliable. Joyuda's seafood strip is about 10 minutes away, approximately 6.7 km.

Parties, smoking and loud gatherings are not permitted. Quiet hours are 10 PM–7 AM. The reservation must be booked by a legal adult. Unauthorized late check-outs incur an additional fee. The property does not have a backup generator or backup water tank; utility interruptions may occur. Weather-related cancellations are not refundable, although rescheduling may be available subject to calendar availability.
