House rules
Minimum age to rent is 25. Children of all ages, including ages 0–17, are welcome. No events or parties. Pets are not permitted. Smoking is strictly prohibited. The advertised maximum is 8 guests; an additional fee applies per night for each guest over 8.
Getting there
The house is beachfront with direct beach access. Tide pools are within walking distance, and world-class surf breaks are at the doorstep.
