No parties, functions or party crowds are permitted. The property is not suitable for Schoolies, bucks or hens groups. Children and well-behaved pets are welcome. The property is not fully fenced, and most windows do not have flyscreens.
Getting there
The cottage is described as beachfront and on the dunes of Tallow Beach, but direct beach access from the property is no longer available because of natural beach erosion. Tallow Beach can be reached via a short walk along Alcorn Street. Byron Bay is 8 km away by car. One car space is listed.
