House rules
The property accommodates up to 10 guests, with a maximum of 8 adults. Schoolies, bucks and hens groups are not suitable. Parties are strictly prohibited, and bookings may be cancelled if this policy is breached. Guests in both dwellings should be mindful of noise and the private residential street. The property is non-smoking.
Getting there
The villa is in a beachfront position on Tallow Beach. Beach access is via the Beachcomber Trail off Beachcomber Drive. The property has one driveway parking space plus additional off-street parking. It is located above another separately rented private apartment, which has its own entrance and facilities.
