The second-floor unit has expansive living areas, three bedroom suites, an oceanfront balcony, and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Cookware, glassware, dinnerware, and cutlery are provided. Central air conditioning and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi are available throughout the stay. Flat-screen televisions in the living area and bedrooms have cable programming. The primary suite has a king bed, oceanfront position, balcony walk-out access, television, and an ensuite with double vanity, bidet, soaking tub, and separate shower. Guest Suite #1 has a king bed, television, and ensuite with shower bath. Guest Suite #2 has two double beds, television, and an ensuite with shower. Light housekeeping is provided Monday, Wednesday, and Friday; additional weekday housekeeping may be requested at no extra cost. Beach and bath towels, bathrobes, luxury toiletries, and hair dryers are provided. The condo has a separate laundry room with washer, dryer, and laundry sink, plus an iron and ironing board. Pack 'n Play cribs and high chairs can be requested. The property is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, wellness spas, and shops. Taxis are available; Uber and Lyft are not available on the island. The Beachcomber has a resort pool and spa, private beachfront, an on-site fitness center, free covered parking, an elevator, and wheelchair-accessible facilities.

Seven Mile Beach is directly associated with the property through its private beachfront. Restaurants, bars, wellness spas, and shops are within walking distance. Taxis are available, while Uber and Lyft are not available on the island; a rental car is optional.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must occupy the unit for the entire stay. All units are non-smoking, including inside and on patios or balconies. Smoking results in a $500 cleaning fee. A refundable $1,500 damage deposit is held at check-in and released seven days after departure. A 13% occupancy tax and 10% resort fee are added to rates. Minimum stays vary by season: 3 nights from mid-April to late May and late August to Thanksgiving; 5 nights from late May to mid-August and early January to early March; 6 nights during Thanksgiving week; and 7 nights during the festive holiday season and spring break. There are no arrivals on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday. Pack 'n Play cribs and high chairs are available by request.
