House rules

All units are non-smoking; smoking is not permitted inside or on the terraces. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must occupy the unit for the entire stay. A 13% occupancy tax and a 10% resort fee are added to rates. A refundable damage deposit of US$1,500 is held at check-in and released seven days after departure.

Getting there

The property is on Seven Mile Beach and is described as within walking distance of restaurants, bars, wellness spas and shops. Taxis can be used to get around; a rental car is not necessary, but there is no Uber or Lyft on the island and taxi fares can become expensive. The upper-floor unit has an elevated balcony view; ground-floor walk-out access to the pool deck and beach does not apply to this second-floor unit.
