Beachcomber #8 is a second-floor unit with expansive living areas, three bedroom suites and a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances. Cookware, glassware, dinnerware and cutlery are provided. The unit has an oceanfront balcony with elevated views of Seven Mile Beach. Central air conditioning and complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi are provided throughout the stay. Flat-screen televisions in the living area and bedrooms have cable programming. A separate laundry room includes a washer, dryer and laundry sink, with an iron and ironing board. Beach and bath towels, bathrobes, luxury toiletries and hair dryers are provided. The property is on Seven Mile Beach and is described as within walking distance of restaurants, bars, wellness spas and shops. Taxis can be used to get around; a rental car is not necessary, but there is no Uber or Lyft on the island and taxi fares can become expensive. The upper-floor unit has an elevated balcony view; ground-floor walk-out access to the pool deck and beach does not apply to this second-floor unit.

All units are non-smoking; smoking is not permitted inside or on the terraces. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must occupy the unit for the entire stay. A 13% occupancy tax and a 10% resort fee are added to rates. A refundable damage deposit of US$1,500 is held at check-in and released seven days after departure.
