House rules
The maximum occupancy is 9 guests; a surcharge applies for the ninth guest. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must occupy the unit for the entire stay. Smoking is prohibited inside and on patios or balconies; smoking indications result in a $500 cleaning fee. No pets are permitted. Parties, weddings, and events require prior written consent from the front office. Guests should keep noise to a minimum around the pool and on patios or balconies. No arrivals are permitted on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday.
Getting there
Seven Mile Beach is directly accessible from the Beachcomber property. Nearby restaurants, bars, wellness spas, and shops are within walking distance. Foster's Camana Bay grocery store is a 3-minute drive away, and Camana Bay restaurants, cinemas, and shops are a 5-minute drive away. A rental car is not required because taxis are available, but there is no Uber or Lyft on the island and taxi fares can become expensive beyond Seven Mile Beach.
