Beachcomber #41 is a renovated seventh-floor corner unit with vaulted ceilings, expansive living areas, three bedroom suites, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and supplied cookware, glassware, flatware and cutlery. The unit has central air-conditioning, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, cable-equipped high-definition televisions in the living area and bedrooms, ocean views toward the Ritz-Carlton and the port, and a balcony. The primary suite has a king bed, oceanfront position, balcony walk-out access, blackout window coverings and an ensuite with double vanity and shower.

Guest Suite #1 has a king bed, blackout window coverings and an ensuite shower. Guest Suite #2 has two full beds, blackout window coverings and an ensuite with shower bath. Light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with additional weekday housekeeping available on request at no extra cost. Beach and bath towels, bathrobes, luxury toiletries and hair dryers are provided. Pack 'n Play cribs and high chairs can be requested for collection at check-in.

The property is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, wellness spas and shops. Taxis are available, and there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.
