Beachcomber #41 is a renovated seventh-floor corner unit with vaulted ceilings, expansive living areas, three bedroom suites, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances and supplied cookware, glassware, flatware and cutlery. The unit has central air-conditioning, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, cable-equipped high-definition televisions in the living area and bedrooms, ocean views toward the Ritz-Carlton and the port, and a balcony. The primary suite has a king bed, oceanfront position, balcony walk-out access, blackout window coverings and an ensuite with double vanity and shower. Guest Suite #1 has a king bed, blackout window coverings and an ensuite shower. Guest Suite #2 has two full beds, blackout window coverings and an ensuite with shower bath. Light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with additional weekday housekeeping available on request at no extra cost. Beach and bath towels, bathrobes, luxury toiletries and hair dryers are provided. Pack 'n Play cribs and high chairs can be requested for collection at check-in. The property is within walking distance of restaurants, bars, wellness spas and shops. Taxis are available, and there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.

Seven Mile Beach is directly associated with the property through its private beachfront setting. Restaurants, bars, spas and shops are within walking distance. Foster's Camana Bay grocery store is a 3-minute drive, Camana Bay is a 5-minute drive, North Sound Golf Club is a 6-minute drive, Cemetery Beach is a 7-minute drive north, and Owen Roberts International Airport is 5 miles away. Taxis can be used to get around; a rental car is not required, but there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must occupy the unit for the entire stay. The unit is non-smoking, including inside and on patios or balconies; smoking results in a $500 cleaning fee. No pets are permitted. Parties, weddings and events require prior written consent from the front office. Guests should keep pool, patio and balcony noise to a minimum. A refundable damage deposit of $1,500 is required for all stays and is released 7 days after departure. A 13% occupancy tax and 10% resort fee are added to rates. A 50% deposit is required at booking. Minimum stays vary by season from 3 to 7 nights. No arrivals are permitted on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday.
