House rules
The maximum occupancy is 6 guests. A surcharge of $100 per night per person applies to the fifth and sixth guests. Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must occupy the unit for the entire stay. No smoking is allowed inside or on patios or balconies; smoking indications result in a $500 cleaning fee. No pets are permitted. Parties, weddings, and events require prior written consent from the front office. Guests should keep noise to a minimum around the pool and on patios or balconies. No arrivals are accepted on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday.
Getting there
The property is on Seven Mile Beach with private beachfront access. Restaurants and bars are within walking distance. Foster's Camana Bay grocery store is a 3-minute drive, Camana Bay is a 5-minute drive, Cemetery Beach is a 7-minute drive north, and Owen Roberts International Airport is 5 miles away. A rental car is not necessary because taxis are available, but there is no Uber or Lyft on the island and taxi fares can become expensive beyond Seven Mile Beach.
