House rules
Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must occupy the unit throughout the stay. No smoking is permitted inside or on patios or balconies; smoking results in a $500 cleaning fee. No pets are permitted. Parties, weddings and events require prior written consent. Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00. No arrivals are permitted on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday. A refundable US$1,500 damage deposit is held at check-in and released 7 days after departure. A 50% deposit is required at booking. Minimum stays vary by season from 3 to 7 nights.
Getting there
The property is on Seven Mile Beach. Restaurants, bars, wellness spas and shops are within walking distance. Taxis can be used to get around; there is no Uber or Lyft on the island, and taxi fares may become expensive beyond Seven Mile Beach.
