Beachcomber #33 has expansive living areas, two bedroom suites, a gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, and an oceanfront balcony with elevated ocean views. Cookware, glassware, dinnerware and cutlery are provided. Central air conditioning, complimentary high-speed Wi-Fi, flat-screen televisions with cable programming, and a separate laundry room with washer, dryer and laundry sink are included. Light housekeeping is provided on Monday, Wednesday and Friday, with additional weekday housekeeping available on request at no extra cost. Beach and bath towels, bathrobes, luxury toiletries and hair dryers are provided. Pack 'n Play cribs and high chairs can be requested. The Beachcomber has a private beachfront, resort pool and spa, on-site fitness center, covered parking, elevator and wheelchair-accessible facilities. Restaurants, bars, wellness spas and shops are within walking distance. Taxis are available; there is no Uber or Lyft on the island.

The resort has a pool and spa; the Beachcomber complex describes an oceanfront infinity pool overlooking the beach and two heated spas.

The property is on Seven Mile Beach. Restaurants, bars, wellness spas and shops are within walking distance. Taxis can be used to get around; there is no Uber or Lyft on the island, and taxi fares may become expensive beyond Seven Mile Beach.

Guests must be at least 25 years old to book and must occupy the unit throughout the stay. No smoking is permitted inside or on patios or balconies; smoking results in a $500 cleaning fee. No pets are permitted. Parties, weddings and events require prior written consent. Check-in is at 15:00 and check-out is at 10:00. No arrivals are permitted on Christmas Day or Easter Sunday. A refundable US$1,500 damage deposit is held at check-in and released 7 days after departure. A 50% deposit is required at booking. Minimum stays vary by season from 3 to 7 nights.
